As the Manager, Technical Account Management, you will lead and grow a high-performing team of experienced technical account managers who support Stripe’s largest and most strategic users. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree required.
At least 10 years of experience building and leading teams in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
Proven track record of managing across complex environments and building relationships to deliver impact.
Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and navigate cross-functional complexity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong background in sales revenue growth or operations with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Ability to execute and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
