Manager, Solutions Architecture

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects in the East territory.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and professional development in technical and consultative areas.
• Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing team members to foster an inclusive, results-focused culture.
• Perform hands-on solution design, technical presentations, and customer discovery as a lead Solutions Architect.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of technical evaluations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers on territory strategy, account planning, and forecast support.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to share field insights and influence the product roadmap.
• Define and track key performance indicators to communicate progress, risks, and priorities to leadership.

• Experience mentoring and developing technical team members through feedback and career support.
• Experience managing or leading technical pre-sales or information technology professionals in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern operations practices.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, related technologies, and common customer adoption patterns.
• Willingness to travel in line with business needs and company policy.
