Manager, Solutions Architecture

What you'll do

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of solutions architects and engineers focused on large-scale GPU and networking deployments.
• Lead the design, debugging, and deployment of AI hardware and software technologies in customer data centers.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic AI-native customers and emerging AI labs.
• Perform hands-on deep-dive debugging and complex configuration troubleshooting for compute and network systems.
• Support server, network, and cluster bring-up, including performing on-site data center work when necessary.
• Synthesize customer requirements to influence product roadmaps and the packaging of reference designs.
• Manage project priorities and resource allocation across multiple concurrent technical projects.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or another engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering, or similar roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers or architects as a formal manager or strong technical lead.
• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers.
• Experience with data center networking including Ethernet and/or InfiniBand switches, NICs, fabrics, and cluster performance troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, set priorities, and manage projects from design through production.
• Direct experience in people management and recruiting for geographically distributed technical teams.
• Experience with large clusters, supercomputing environments, or AI lab infrastructure (preferred); proficiency in C/C++, CUDA, and RoCE (preferred).
