Solution Engineer Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Samsung Hospitality Televisions and software solutions like Lynk Cloud.
• Provide pre-sales engineering support to internal teams, system integrators, and end customers.
• Assist customers in optimizing hospitality TV usage and integrating software with existing systems.
• Manage relationships with System Integration Partners in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
• Maintain and demonstrate the portfolio of Samsung displays and solutions at the Connected Experience Center.
• Conduct evaluations on new product readiness, solution certifications, and interoperability testing in the Test Lab.
• Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations to internal sales teams, partners, and customers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 6 years of experience in solution engineering or a similar role in the hospitality vertical.
• Technical knowledge of programming languages including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Node, and Python.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, IP networks, hospitality televisions, and the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to unplanned business trips.
• Ability to work after-hours to coordinate with international counterparts.
