What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and delivery ownership for a portfolio of software products and platforms.

  • Serve as a player-coach by guiding technical design, reviewing code, and removing obstacles to project delivery.
  • Drive execution across multiple projects by coordinating priorities, dependencies, and resources across various business functions.
  • Champion AI-assisted development practices to improve developer productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions including agents, copilots, and workflow automations to enhance internal operations and customer products.
  • Enforce engineering best practices regarding software quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with product and business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that streamline workflows and accelerate outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited, in-person institution.
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack application development.
  • 2+ years of engineering leadership experience managing software development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, AWS, and modern cloud-native practices.
  • Experience evaluating, adopting, or developing AI-powered solutions, LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-assisted development platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, API design, and scalable application development.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • Experience with SRE practices, modern observability platforms, and leading teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments (preferred).
