What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited, in-person institution.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack application development.
2+ years of engineering leadership experience managing software development teams.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, AWS, and modern cloud-native practices.
Experience evaluating, adopting, or developing AI-powered solutions, LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-assisted development platforms.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, API design, and scalable application development.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
Experience with SRE practices, modern observability platforms, and leading teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments (preferred).
