What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must have at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
Must have at least 2 years of people leadership, team management, or technical leadership experience.
Must have experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
Must have experience delivering enterprise software solutions from concept through production support.
Must have experience leading engineering teams through project execution, prioritization, and delivery management.
Experience building or supporting developer platforms, internal tools, or workflow automation (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or low-code/no-code solutions (preferred).
Experience with Java, React, API-based architectures, and cloud-native platforms (preferred).
