What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited, not for profit, in-person university or college.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack application development.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, AWS, and modern cloud-native development practices.
Proven experience delivering and scaling successful software products throughout the software development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, API design, and scalable application development.
Experience evaluating, adopting, or developing AI-powered solutions and applications.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, AI orchestration tools, and AI-assisted development platforms.
Understanding of observability, monitoring, telemetry analysis, automated incident detection, and operational intelligence platforms.
