Manager Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of full-stack engineers while managing hiring and career growth.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of software delivery platforms including release orchestration and visibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies, remove roadblocks, and manage risks for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Build scalable systems that provide actionable release intelligence and operational insights to improve decision-making.
• Automate engineering workflows and implement progressive delivery practices to increase developer productivity.
• Ensure the reliable execution of client software updates through mature automation and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear strategic directions and measurable outcomes for the organization.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Ability to design and reason about complex, interconnected platforms and tooling through deep systems thinking.
• Track record of translating technical complexity into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
• Experience balancing technical excellence with business impact through product thinking.
• Preferred experience building or operating software delivery platforms, release orchestration, or developer self-service tooling.
• Preferred experience in enterprise-scale deployment and system reliability.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
