What we're looking for
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, platforms, integrations, or digital products.
At least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments, including managing multiple teams and complex initiatives.
Strong technical fluency in backend frameworks like Java/Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern web technologies.
Experience leading teams that build and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, or comparable platforms.
Experience driving production support, operational excellence, incident management, reliability, security, scalability, observability, and quality engineering.
Experience working with enterprise platforms, integrated SaaS ecosystems, Salesforce, and complex integration environments.
Proven ability to manage vendors, consulting partners, offshore teams, and third-party service providers across cross-functional initiatives.
