What you'll do

  • Champion modern engineering practices such as cloud-native development, DevOps automation, and AI-assisted software tools.
  • Manage roadmap planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and budget inputs across multiple teams.
  • Ensure production systems are reliable and secure through proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, platforms, integrations, or digital products.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments, including managing multiple teams and complex initiatives.
  • Strong technical fluency in backend frameworks like Java/Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience leading teams that build and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience driving production support, operational excellence, incident management, reliability, security, scalability, observability, and quality engineering.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms, integrated SaaS ecosystems, Salesforce, and complex integration environments.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, consulting partners, offshore teams, and third-party service providers across cross-functional initiatives.
