Manager, SAP Security and Controls

What you'll do

• Own SAP SOX and ITGC control effectiveness by executing controls and driving remediation of deficiencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving authorizations, role design, GRC workflows, and production security.
• Define SAP security architecture standards, role models, and a multi-year roadmap across ECC, S/4HANA, and BTP.
• Direct internal resources, contractors, and managed service providers to balance operational support and modernization projects.
• Govern access and identity by leading provisioning, User Access Reviews, and Segregation of Duties rulesets.
• Translate technical and control risks for senior leadership and partner with Cybersecurity, Audit, and Enterprise Architecture teams.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of progressive SAP Security, GRC, and Identity and Access Governance experience.
• Experience as a senior architect or technical lead in a complex enterprise SAP environment.
• Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA security, role and authorization design, Fiori security, PFCG, and SU24.
• Deep working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis, MSMP workflows, and SoD ruleset governance.
• Proven experience executing, reviewing, and remediating SAP SOX and ITGC controls with internal and external audit.
• Experience applying modern SAP identity capabilities including IAG, IAS, and IPS within enterprise architectures.
• Experience leading internal technical resources, managed service providers, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Experience in a complex global organization with a significant SAP footprint and regulated financial controls environment (preferred).
