What you'll do

Manage all phases of the program life cycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
Deliver contractual requirements on cost, schedule, and technical performance for mission survivability systems.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific program goals and objectives.
Cultivate customer relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule control tools.
Conduct risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and tracking potential issues.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, and operating budgets with stakeholders.
Manage program resources including workforce planning and supplier performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts, or Master’s and 6 years, or 16 years of experience in lieu of education.
At least 3 years of experience supporting and/or managing development programs.
At least 3 years of demonstrated success leading teams or organizations to achieve a common goal.
At least 3 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements as a project lead, IPT, or cost account manager.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage stakeholder communications, risk management, and resource planning for program requirements.
Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
Top Secret clearance, experience in new product development, and knowledge of FAR/DFARS are preferred.
