What you'll do

Manage program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and supplier activities for a portfolio segment.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, and operating budgets.
Lead and direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet technical and performance objectives.
Develop and adhere to master plans, schedules, and budget baselines using Earned Value Management.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.
Manage program resources, including workforce planning and government-supplied property.
Cultivate customer relationships to develop new opportunities and ensure contractual requirements are met.
Measure and report program performance to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience.
Must have a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
Related experience must include project management, program management, operations sustainment, engineering, proposals, or business management.
Must have experience with Earned Value Management.
Must have the ability to develop and manage schedules related to a major project or program.
Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
STEM degree (preferred).
Experience managing engineering teams and development efforts (preferred).
Knowledge of Northrop Grumman internal processes, procedures, and organization (preferred).
Experience managing proposals (preferred).
Experience with High Altitude Long Endurance platforms such as RQ-4 (preferred).
