What you'll do

Own overall program execution performance for the assigned scope.
Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance alignment to ensure commitments are executable.
Manage program risks and opportunities while driving proactive mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to deliver objectives.
Deliver clear status communications and program representation to senior leadership and government officials.
Monitor program health indicators and implement corrective actions as required.
Ensure alignment between program requirements and product execution activities.
Maintain compliance with all contractual requirements and internal governance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related professional experience; OR Master’s degree and 3 years of related professional experience.
Experience leading program or project execution in a complex defense or aerospace environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
Strong communication and briefing skills for leadership and customer audiences.
Active Secret clearance required at time of application.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with Counter-UAV / C-UAS or similar defense systems (preferred).
Experience in a manufacturing production-based program (preferred).
Experience with Earned Value Management and program financial tracking (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing interactions (preferred).
