Lead Maintenance Engineer, Electrical

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and electricians in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase power systems, motors, VFDs, and Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs.
• Maintain and improve critical production equipment including mixers, dosing systems, and inspection tools.
• Maintain facility infrastructure including electrical distribution and HVAC systems.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to drive equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring system failures.
• Ensure all operations comply with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards.
• Manage work orders and track maintenance activities using a CMMS platform.

What we're looking for

• Must be a Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred).
• Must have 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Must have hands-on experience with 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC basics.
• Must possess the ability to lead or mentor others in a maintenance environment.
• Must have a strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures.
• Must be able to read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
• HVAC certification (EPA Section 608) or hands-on HVAC experience (preferred).
• Experience in high-safety/regulated environments, VFDs, instrumentation, automation systems, or CMMS (preferred).
