What you'll do

What we're looking for

7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing maintenance.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.
Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
Proficiency with CMMS software and ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
