Manager, Live Production CoE

What you'll do

• Oversee the convergence of information technology and broadcast engineering technology for live production centers.
• Align technology infrastructure with short and long-term business goals and project requirements.
• Design, build, configure, and maintain systems for 24x7x365 live news, sports, and entertainment production.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for hardware, networking, and software components.
• Manage team performance, career development, and the enforcement of systems, policies, and procedures.
• Lead long-range project planning, budgeting, and execution of complex technical solutions.
• Evaluate and prioritize incidents in ServiceNow, serving as an escalation point during major outages.
• Manage key vendor relationships to drive product development and resolve technical escalations.

What we're looking for

• A four-year engineering degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a Broadcast environment is required.
• Equivalent work experience in Live Broadcast engineering is accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in live broadcasting are required.
• Understanding of Postproduction technical workflows is required.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication is required.
