The Manager, IT Delivery: Agile Practices leads a team of practitioners to drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation. The manager serves as a Jira Product Manager, owning the configuration, governance, and optimization of Jira as the primary delivery platform. Key responsibilities include designing maturity roadmaps, managing project workflows, and establishing accountability frameworks. The role requires deep expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), XP, and Kanban. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, and ServiceNow. The position solves the business problem of maturing delivery capabilities by embedding Agile principles into the operational DNA and providing real-time visibility into complex project delivery lifecycles.
Lead a high-performing team of Scrum Masters across multiple product teams and managed service providers.
Drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation by coaching teams to move from foundational to advanced practices.
Serve as the Jira Product Manager to own configuration, governance, and optimization of the enterprise delivery platform.
Design and maintain Jira dashboards and Advanced Roadmaps to provide leadership with real-time delivery visibility.
Partner with senior leaders to align Agile capabilities with changing business priorities and organizational goals.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and 7+ years relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years direct experience as a Scrum Master leading software development teams applying Agile methodologies.
5+ years of experience as a Jira Product Manager or Jira Administrator in an enterprise environment (preferred).
Deep understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with direct implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with multiple Agile methodologies including XP and Kanban.
Advanced proficiency with Jira Advanced Roadmaps for program-level planning, capacity management, and dependency tracking.
Professional Agile certifications (preferred).
Six Sigma (preferred).
Atlassian Certified Professional – Jira Project Administration or similar Atlassian certification (preferred).
