What you'll do

Facilitate the growth of software development teams to become self-organized and high-performing.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and facilitating feedback loops.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other key stakeholders.
Actively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and value delivery.
Monitor and track key performance metrics like flow, velocity, and cycle time to drive actionable improvements.
Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Advocate for and implement Agile best practices across teams and the broader organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or a Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.
Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Experience working in and coaching teams within an Agile environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward becoming self-organizing, high-performing units.
Experience in change management and fostering a growth mindset for continuous improvement.
Ability to use Agile metrics such as flow metrics, velocity, and cycle time to drive data-driven decisions.
Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders like Product and Engineering Managers.
