The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Conversational Intelligence platforms like Gong or Clari, enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce, and Large Language Models including prompt engineering and workflow automation tools. You will serve as a key stakeholder for the Technology Data & Insights team to manage requirements and optimize the AI technology stack to eliminate operational friction across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do

Design and scale AI-driven workflows that integrate conversational intelligence into the global GTM lifecycle.
Convert unstructured conversational data and AI signals into executive revenue intelligence for leadership decision-making.
Establish procedural standards using AI data to streamline cross-functional handoffs and maintain customer context.
Develop processes using Conversational Intelligence as a truth mechanism to validate pipeline health in Salesforce.
Manage global CI trackers and AI prompt frameworks to monitor market shifts and competitor trends.
Identify high-performing behavior patterns via CI to create repeatable, AI-assisted process standards for GTM roles.
Serve as the primary business stakeholder for the Technology Data & Insights team regarding requirements and architecture.
Evaluate and optimize the Conversational Intelligence and AI technology stack to align with evolving business needs.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Process Strategy.
Requires deep hands-on experience with Conversational Intelligence platforms like Gong or Clari.
Requires expertise in enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Must have a proven track record using Large Language Models (LLMs) for prompt engineering and workflow automation.
Must demonstrate the ability to design scalable GTM workflows that integrate AI tools without adding friction.
Must possess the ability to translate complex GTM needs into technical requirements for internal technology teams.
Must be able to convert qualitative conversational data and AI outputs into actionable executive metrics.
