Manager, FP&A Systems

What you'll do

• Co-own the Pigment platform and serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance team.
• Manage role-based access, user provisioning, and vendor relationships for the Pigment platform.
• Develop and maintain a transparent, time-phased roadmap for platform improvements based on business impact.
• Design and build Pigment applications for corporate forecasting, headcount planning, consolidation, and allocations.
• Re-architect existing models to reduce technical debt and improve performance and usability.
• Drive platform adoption through training, documentation, and establishing best practices for the broader business.
• Evaluate and implement AI and workflow capabilities to automate manual FP&A processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, EPM, or finance transformation with substantial hands-on model-building experience.
• Hands-on experience building and administering models in Pigment.
• Strong command of corporate finance concepts including forecasting, headcount planning, allocations, and multi-currency consolidation.
• Expert in Excel and the Google Suite; working knowledge of SQL or scripting is a plus (preferred).
• Pigment Academy certifications (Modeler, Power User, Admin) or Anaplan certifications (preferred).
• Experience leading a migration or implementation of a planning platform (preferred).
