What you'll do

Architect technical solutions to address business requirements using scalable systems and tools.
Analyze legacy systems and interfaces to design advanced cross-platform solutions with software developers.
Provide analysis on recurring business inefficiencies and recommend software features to reduce costs.
Manage project-related testing, implementation, maintenance, and end-user training.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines for various system initiatives.
Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution of system rollouts and upgrades.
Mitigate project risks and manage change requests throughout the system lifecycle.
Develop and deliver training materials for both end-users and leadership teams.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in system implementations and ERP integrations.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of workflow automation and project tracking tools.
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
MBA or MS in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or hands-on experience in technical roles (preferred).
In-depth knowledge in machine learning and predictive analytics using Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar (preferred).
Familiarity with databases, large data sets, reporting Tableau, and SQL (preferred).
