Manufacturing Systems Program Manager

What you'll do

• Architect technical solutions to address business requirements using scalable systems and tools.
• Analyze legacy systems and interfaces to design advanced cross-platform software solutions.
• Identify and resolve recurring business inefficiencies by recommending specific system features.
• Manage project lifecycles including testing, implementation, maintenance, and end-user training.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for large-scale system initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution of system rollouts and upgrades.
• Mitigate risks and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business terms for diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in system implementations and ERP integrations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and project tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between IT and business functions through strong stakeholder management.
• MBA or MS in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics using tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Familiarity with databases, large data sets, reporting, and SQL.
