Manager, Finance Transformation

What you'll do

• Diagnose operational root causes and optimize accounting connections between Finance platforms and Workday Cloud ERP.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements and deploy autonomous workflows to automate repetitive subledger flows.
• Serve as a primary liaison between Finance and Digital Enterprise Transformation teams to coordinate feature backlogs and releases.
• Investigate cross-platform transactional breakdowns and apply consulting frameworks to implement root-cause fixes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure projects align with the full financial picture and regulatory landscape.
• Translate complex finance requirements into clear technical specifications for IT execution.
• Manage project delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies as a functional lead.

What we're looking for

• You must have 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology consulting, or enterprise financial systems management.
• You must have hands-on experience driving business process optimization within enterprise finance systems.
• You must be able to lead finance technology initiatives as a functional project lead managing timelines and risk.
• You must have experience leveraging enterprise Agentic AI tools to automate workflow decisions or streamline accounting processes.
• You must have a proven track record of identifying system inefficiencies and implementing scalable process improvements.
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Experience in management or technology consulting focused on transformation and hands-on Finance Operations (preferred).
• Experience driving AI transformation, holding an active CPA, or using structured frameworks to solve complex failures (preferred).
