Manager, Executive and Employee Technology Communications

What you'll do

• Advise senior executives to develop and execute forward-looking speakership strategies that advance technical vision.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact internal and external speaking opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Develop executive messaging and content tailored to resonate with diverse technical audiences.
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership to amplify key initiatives and organizational messages.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful narratives for various stakeholders.
• Design integrated communication strategies to position technical executives as industry thought leaders.
• Establish processes to track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of executive communications.
• Manage the execution of high-stakes projects to ensure quality and executive readiness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8–10 years of communications experience is required.
• Experience supporting technical executives and employee communications in technology or engineering sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills for technical content are required.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities are required.
• Experience with executive visibility programs and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
