TL;DR · M&A Platform Integration Lead Program Manager

The M&A Platform Integration Lead Program Manager joins the Unified Platform team to oversee the integration of newly acquired companies into the existing platform infrastructure. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through pre-close planning and post-close integration while ensuring alignment across operating models. Key responsibilities include driving technology rationalization for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, identity management, and data environments, as well as maintaining a repeatable process framework using playbooks and work plans. The candidate will develop executive communications and provide data-backed insights on systemic risks. Required skills include experience in software engineering or technical program management, knowledge of payment management and offer onboarding, and proficiency with tools like JIRA and GitHub. The role solves the complex challenge of integrating diverse business units into a unified technology ecosystem while managing large-scale, multi-team delivery across global organizations.

What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute M&A integration activities from pre-close planning through post-close integration.
  • Drive technology rationalization and integration decisions for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and identity management.
  • Develop and maintain a repeatable platform process framework including playbooks, flowcharts, and work plans.
  • Create executive communications, steering committee updates, and reporting on integration governance.
  • Provide data-backed insights to leadership regarding delivery trade-offs, systemic risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment across the operating model by partnering with business, platform, and functional leaders.

What we're looking for

  • 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or a closely related role with multi-team delivery exposure.
  • Experience driving M&A integration in a platform or IT organization (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in information technology including identity and access management, payment management, and offer onboarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence for communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with delivery tools like JIRA and GitHub.
  • Comfort working with data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-assisted analysis.
