What you'll do

  • Develop AI-powered products using machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for customer-facing applications.
  • Build, train, evaluate, and validate ML models through all phases of development.
  • Adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data.
  • Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models into scalable and resilient production systems.
  • Navigate the model risk compliance process to move machine learning models into production environments.
  • Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve existing products and processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of experience performing data analytics.
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 4 years of experience performing data analytics.
  • PhD in a quantitative field plus 1 year of experience performing data analytics.
  • At least 1 year of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with machine learning.
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing relational databases.
  • Experience building and operationalizing NLP models, including LLMs, in production environments.
  • PhD in a STEM field (preferred); at least 4 years of experience in machine learning, AI modeling, Python/Scala/R, SQL, or with AWS (preferred).
