What you'll do

Refine and evolve people analytics frameworks and data standards to ensure accuracy and scalability.
Plan and execute high-priority data projects while managing all end-to-end deliverables.
Research, identify, and prototype next-generation AI and automation tools for data infrastructure.
Develop analytical tools and models to improve talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Design new frameworks to evaluate the success of various workforce programs.
Establish strategies for organizing data assets and creating self-service tools for stakeholders.
Analyze internal and external workforce data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Create automated data products and AI solutions to streamline HR processes and reporting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of experience or a Master's degree plus 4 years of experience performing data analytics.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
Experience in people management, project management, Tableau, and building dashboards for business stakeholders (preferred).
Proficiency utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred).
