The Data Analysis Manager - Analytics & Transformation joins the Enterprise Data team to maximize the value of the data ecosystem and build a scalable, future-ready foundation. You will lead Product Analytics to measure and improve the performance of products and platforms, transforming complex data into actionable, AI-enabled insights that shape product strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include mining data from databases containing millions to billions of records, identifying process improvements, and mentoring a team of junior analysts. You will consult on the design of new production and data storage systems while conducting analysis to evaluate processes and tests. Required skills include professional data analysis, programming, and a quantitative degree. Preferred technical proficiencies include Python, R, Spark, SQL, Tableau, and AWS services within a Business Intelligence context.

What you'll do

Lead a team of junior analysts by providing mentorship and career development.
Mine large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records for crucial information.
Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization.
Develop and implement strategic tests for products, initiatives, and marketing materials.
Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.
Conduct analysis to evaluate processes, tests, and product offerings.
Transform complex data into actionable, AI-enabled insights to shape product strategy.
Improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness across the enterprise data ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s Degree plus 4 years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in project management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in Tableau (preferred).
Proficient utilizing and developing within AWS service (preferred).
