What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of experience performing data analytics.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field plus 3 years of experience performing data analytics.
A PhD in a quantitative field.
At least 3 years of experience with Python and SQL.
At least 1 year of experience working with AWS.
At least 2 years of experience with relational databases such as Snowflake.
At least 2 years of experience with AI/ML tools including Hugging Face, VectorDBs, or PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Experience building NLP and machine learning models using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks.
