What you'll do

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Customer Advocates to ensure their success.

  • Generate and present regular operational reports to upper management.
  • Perform hands-on tasks including washing cars and delivering vehicles to customers.
  • Resolve complex and sensitive customer issues while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for both the customer and team experience.
  • Monitor market trends to proactively solve potential operational roadblocks.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
  • Must have 3+ years of management experience.
  • Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
  • Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems while maintaining focus on the customer experience.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
