What you'll do

Lead and execute all aspects of software planning for SOC chips from pre-silicon development through productization.
Develop and expand comprehensive workflows for partner validation programs including onboarding, test execution, and result publication.
Manage the simulation and emulation plan and schedule in coordination with specialized technical teams.
Drive the development of software to ensure compliance with industry safety standards where applicable.
Act as the primary point of contact for communication across multiple geographic locations and internal software groups.
Partner with platform teams to define, prioritize, and execute custom requirements for product bring-up.
Manage external partner engagements and internal engineering delivery from onboarding through joint go-to-market.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in related areas with management experience.
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
Proven Software Technical project management background in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, including CPU, memory, buses, interconnects, operating systems, and device drivers.
Experience managing programs involving both external partner engagement and internal engineering delivery from onboarding through go-to-market.
Track record in leading software for Automotive, Data Center, and Mobile SOCs (preferred).
Knowledge of pre/post-silicon bring-up, safety standards like ISO26262, or kernel and system software development (preferred).
