What you'll do

Lead software planning and execution for SOC chips from pre-silicon development through productization.
Develop and manage workflows for partner validation programs including onboarding, test execution, and result publication.
Drive the simulation and emulation plan and schedule in coordination with specialized teams.
Ensure software development complies with relevant safety standards throughout the product life cycle.
Lead status meetings and manage progress communication across multiple geographic software teams.
Partner with platform teams to define and execute the bring-up of custom requirements.
Serve as the primary interface for Automotive, Data Center, Embedded, and Mobile software groups.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in related areas.
4+ years of management experience.
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
Proven Software Technical project management background in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, including CPU, memory, buses, interconnects, operating systems, and device drivers.
Experience managing programs spanning external partner engagement and internal engineering delivery from onboarding through joint go-to-market.
Proven track record in leading Software for Automotive, Data Center, and Mobile SOCs (preferred).
