Manager, Business & Project Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate complex business needs into development-ready Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from initial intake through final implementation.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide executive-ready updates on key decisions, risks, and project outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical leaders to provide consultative guidance.
• Mentor team members and conduct peer reviews of key deliverables.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and promote delivery best practices across the team.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, Product Management, Process Improvement, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience developing business requirements, process flows, and related documentation.
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience in PBM, Healthcare, Finance, Revenue Cycle, or Insurance (preferred).
• Experience partnering with Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, or Software Development teams (preferred).
• Experience mentoring analysts or project delivery professionals (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, or CSM (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
