What you'll do

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into user stories, process maps, and implementation-ready specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Manage project financials including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis in Clarity.
  • Maintain Jira boards to track epics, stories, tasks, and delivery metrics for Agile teams.
  • Oversee vendor management activities including contract compliance, statement of work tracking, and invoice validation.
  • Create executive dashboards and reports to communicate status, risks, and financial data to leadership.
  • Ensure all project documentation is audit-ready and compliant with organizational policies and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, project management, or a comparable role supporting technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, vendors, and executive reporting across the delivery life cycle.
  • Proficiency with Clarity, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Microsoft 365 applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery practices, change management, and project-governance controls.
  • Experience creating process maps and data-flow diagrams using draw.io, Visio, or similar tools.
  • Experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, transaction monitoring, or related domains (preferred).
  • Project-management or business-analysis certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or an Agile certification (preferred).
