The Senior Manager, Business Analyst & Scrum Master joins the Commercialization BI&T team to lead delivery for the field sales force platform portfolio. Provide regular executive updates to PMO leadership and senior management on requirements status, risks, and delivery progress.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Typically 10+ years of relevant business analysis, delivery, or IT experience required.
Demonstrated experience managing teams in a global or matrix environment required.
Specialized, hands-on experience with field sales force platforms like Veeva CRM, territory alignment, call planning, or incentive compensation systems required.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead required.
Pharma commercialization experience with direct exposure to field sales operations required.
Experience with OnePlan or similar PPM tools (preferred).
