What you'll do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors security in alignment with compliance goals.
  • Lead the design, modification, and maintenance of Role Based Permissions (RBP) across global HR systems.
  • Design, execute, and monitor SOX IT Change Controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular User Access and Separation of Duties (SOD) violation reviews to maintain data privacy standards.
  • Translate complex security and integration needs into actionable technical product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch for security and audit capabilities.
  • Use data analytics and audit reports to identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements to security workflows.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 13+ years of technical product management or relevant IT/Security experience.
  • Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors with Role Based Permission (RBP) design, modification, and maintenance.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience implementing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing SOX IT Change Controls.
  • Proven track record of conducting User Access and Separation of Duties (SOD) violation reviews.
  • Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules (preferred).
