As an Application Security Senior Manager, you will join the team to establish and grow the practice while defining direction, standards, and requirements for services sold to commercial customers. What you'll do

  • Define and establish the direction, standards, and requirements for the Application Security practice.
  • Educate and influence client software engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices and risk posture.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for client security assurance.
  • Design and implement secure-by-design solutions across the full application security lifecycle.
  • Lead, hire, and manage a team of Application Security Engineers and Architects.
  • Perform security posture assessments of development systems and provide remediation plans.
  • Integrate Frontier AI solutions into client environments to support delivery.
  • Lead business development and sales activities related to Application Security services.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience with application development and architecting software security solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in an Application Security field.
  • Experience managing across the SDLC, including threat modeling and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with testing methodologies such as DAST, SAST, IAST, and SCA.
  • Experience securing software using code scanning tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AI scanning and Frontier models like Mythos.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and security frameworks like NIST.
  • Bachelor's degree.
