Manager, Product Security

What you'll do

• Manage the security posture for cloud infrastructure, application systems, and AI-enabled products.
• Lead and grow a team of security engineers while ensuring high standards for technical execution.
• Define and execute strategies to secure cloud-native architectures at scale.
• Establish guardrails and secure design patterns for the safe adoption of internal and third-party AI systems.
• Identify and mitigate specific AI risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuse.
• Build scalable automated controls for identity, access management, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to embed security into system design and development workflows.
• Lead response efforts for security incidents related to cloud, application, and AI risks.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on cloud and application security.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading security engineers.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern infrastructure patterns.
• Experience with industry tools for SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, and CNAPP.
• Experience designing or securing applications that handle sensitive or regulated data.
• Experience securing or evaluating AI/ML systems or operating in emerging security domains.
• Strong technical judgment to lead deep architecture and security discussions.
• Ability to communicate complex security risks as business impacts in a fast-paced environment.
