What you'll do

  • Oversee onboarding plans and platform adoption strategies to improve client performance.
  • Ensure processes, SLAs, and best practices are followed consistently for operational excellence.
  • Maintain understanding of contracts, forecasts, scope, and account health to protect profitability.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media with expertise in Paid Social
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and enabling clients to operate independently
  • Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts in paid media
