What you'll do

Execute new product introductions while ensuring the highest level of technical quality.
Drive initiatives for board validation, stress testing, and user impact correlations to improve future designs.
Perform MLB debug and failure analysis in collaboration with design, test, and supplier quality teams.
Manage program communications by identifying risks and presenting resolution paths to executive management.
Lead quality improvement teams to enhance field performance and reduce DPPM.
Implement systemic yield improvements and report findings based on NPI and sustaining issues.
Conduct technical root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve overall system quality.
Analyze and summarize complex data sets to drive critical engineering decisions.

What we're looking for

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in electrical design, including digital and analog systems, component I/O, and power delivery.
Experience in electrical test, debug, and integration of electronics into systems.
Consumer electronics experience (preferred).
Familiarity with design and schematic tools (preferred).
Familiarity with board and system electronic test strategies and industry standard methodologies (preferred).
Demonstrated excellence in organization, execution, and program management in complex cross-functional projects (preferred).
Experience in manufacturing, SMT, and transitioning new products into manufacturing (preferred).
