As a Hardware Systems Engineer - Board Design within the Silicon Validation Hardware team, you will contribute to the development of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip technology. What you'll do

Develop technical specifications based on requirements from cross-functional teams.

Utilize standard lab equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Develop test automation scripts using Perl, Tcl, or Python.

What we're looking for

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related degree program with 10 years of experience.
Experience with schematic level board design and circuit design.
Knowledge of power and signal integrity analysis, transmission lines, and timing analysis.
Proficiency in high-speed interface design and characterization.
Experience with FPGA and CPLD development using Verilog or VHDL.
Expertise in board bring-up, testing, and debugging strategies.
Proficiency with lab equipment including scopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
Test automation expertise using Perl, Tcl, or Python.
