What you'll do

Serve as a site leader in San Diego, partnering with cross-functional teams in Cupertino to integrate operations.
Mentor and grow a diverse team of engineers, focusing on career development and technical excellence.

What we're looking for

Lead and grow a diverse team of engineers with strong mentoring and hiring experience.
Ensure data integrity and reliability from multiple email providers into Apple's Mail ecosystem.
Act as an arbitrator for technical debates and prioritize building an inclusive team culture.
Have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and strong software engineering skills.
Experience working directly with external partners on technical integrations and constraints.
