What you'll do

Lead cross-functional programs to deliver new capabilities and quality improvements for iCloud Mail.
Partner with engineering, design, and operations leaders to define project plans and requirements.
Manage risks, identify mitigations, and ensure alignment across multiple teams and organizations.
Provide clear status updates and communicate critical issues to the executive team.
Break down complex technical problems into actionable discussion topics for engineering and design teams.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and mobilize resources to resolve project hurdles.
Track cross-functional dependencies to ensure product quality and adherence to schedules.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
3+ years of experience in Program/Project management leading cross-functional software development.
Experience leading large programs from requirements gathering through software development and release qualification.
Experience building customer-facing products with a foundational understanding of technical details.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to distill information for various audiences.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly.
Knowledge of email standards (IMAP, SMTP, JMAP, MIME) and operational readiness or incident response programs is preferred.
