Leadership Development Program, Product Engineering & Development

What you'll do

• Complete four personalized rotations in different US geographies over a two-year period.
• Contribute directly to business-critical projects and product launches.
• Work with leading-edge industrial automation technology across major business segments.
• Develop technical skills in areas like software, motion control, and cloud computing.
• Gain exposure to industrial security, machine safety, and process control systems.
• Acquire the leadership skills necessary to manage people and develop others.
• Support the development of the Connected Enterprise for global manufacturers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Prior internship or co-op experience with Rockwell Automation (preferred).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience (preferred).
• Involvement in community service extracurriculars or volunteerism (preferred).
• Experience with designing and developing products (preferred).
• Interest in coding, tinkering, repairing, and testing to deepen technical skills (preferred).
