Forward Product Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams in Israel and operations teams in the US.
• Translate deep technical engineering information into actionable insights for operations, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Provide ongoing updates on product health, manufacturing readiness, yield performance, and risk assessments.
• Act as the first responder for product-related operational crises by coordinating engineering experts and driving communication.
• Support product transitions from development into high-volume manufacturing by monitoring yield trends and readiness landmarks.
• Assess the operational impacts of technical decisions and engineering changes.
• Participate in operational reviews, readiness forums, planning meetings, and crisis war rooms.
• Establish operating mechanisms to ensure operational concerns are surfaced and addressed early.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, manufacturing, process engineering, or operations.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor lifecycle from silicon development through volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex technical issues and driving multi-functional resolution.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Direct experience with networking, datacenter, AI, ASIC, or high-performance semiconductor products.
• Strong understanding of yield management, test operations, manufacturing flows, and NPI-to-MP transitions.
• Experience as a technical liaison between engineering and operations.
