Lead Treasury Transformation Execution Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead the governance, prioritization, and execution of complex Treasury Transformation initiatives with high regulatory impact.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initial concept through solution design, testing, implementation, and production validation.
• Coordinate with business, technology, risk, and data teams to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
• Direct product backlog management, release planning, and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Provide executive-level transparency on delivery status, risks, capacity constraints, and interdependencies.
• Resolve complex data and reporting issues through root-cause analysis and sustainable solution design.
• Drive the modernization, automation, and standardization of manual or legacy systems.
• Lead governance routines and executive forums to ensure effective project oversight and decision-making.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Finance transformation, product management, or regulatory reporting (preferred).
• Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs within a financial institution or regulated environment (preferred).
• Advanced stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational influence skills (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Treasury liquidity management and regulatory reporting frameworks like FR 2052a, LCR, or NSFR (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, and software development lifecycle controls (preferred).
• Experience translating business and regulatory needs into technology and data solutions (preferred).
