What you'll do

Identify, quantify, and manage technical risks by performing root cause analysis and providing actionable decision support.
Provide subject matter expertise to technology owners to ensure controls comply with regulatory and industry standards.
Develop and execute reporting frameworks to provide senior management with insights into control effectiveness and compliance.
Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness to identify gaps and recommend enhancements for the risk posture.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical requirements, including onboarding new datasets and updating logic.
Manage a portfolio of projects related to governance metrics, reporting, and decision support materials.
Oversee the production and enhancement of automated BAU metrics for global consumption.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to synthesize risk evidence and draft executive-ready reports while ensuring data security.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field with a focus on regulatory compliance.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk workflows while ensuring data sensitivity and auditability.
Proven experience developing metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyzing large, disparate datasets.
Proficiency with Alteryx and Tableau (or equivalent tools).
Experience using JIRA and Confluence within an Agile framework.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements (preferred).
Expertise in data security, risk assessment, control evaluation, and influencing executive decision-making (preferred).
