What you'll do

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Experience presenting to leadership and C-suite executives.
Experience working closely with executive leadership, tech teams, architects, and product owners.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
