What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Drive the delivery of multiple GenAI initiatives with cross-functional and cross-product stakeholders.
Synthesize findings into customer-focused problem statements, business cases, and risk assessments.
Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
Improve organizational structure and operational practices for better efficiency.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Advanced experience utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Ability to navigate tight deadlines and manage the dynamic landscape of GenAI (preferred).
Experience in organizational operation, Excel data analysis, and organization budgeting & planning (preferred).
Experience in AI/ML, Data ecosystem space, product lifecycle, or relevant cloud certifications (preferred).
