As the Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking Engineering Tools & Productivity team, you will spearhead complex technology programs that simplify and enhance work for engineering colleagues. You will manage program plans, including scope, milestones, and dependencies while partnering with product and engineering teams to define requirements and roadmaps. Your daily work involves driving cross-functional execution across architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver integrated outcomes. You will utilize data-driven insights like DORA metrics and lead time to improve adoption and productivity. Key technical competencies include CI/CD, automation, SDLC, release engineering, and observability. Additionally, you will leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program planning and risk synthesis while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role focuses on improving developer experience by promoting reuse-first practices and reducing engineering toil through automated test validation and incident triage.
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource management for ET&P capabilities.
Partner with engineering and product teams to define requirements, success metrics, OKRs, and strategic roadmaps.
Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum.
Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver integrated outcomes.
Establish and maintain the program operating rhythm including intake, prioritization, release planning, and governance.
Lead programs that improve CI/CD and release capabilities by managing roadmaps and tracking performance metrics.
Utilize data-driven insights and DORA metrics to improve developer productivity and tool adoption.
Integrate enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and reporting while ensuring data security.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across engineering, product, and business leaders.
Ability to independently reason through system behavior, production issues, and reliability/scalability trade-offs with senior engineers.
Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in fast-paced, agile environments.
Strong data-driven approach including the ability to define metrics/OKRs and measure impact.
Technical fluency across modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, and incident management.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive adoption or applying AI/automation to reduce engineering toil (preferred).
