As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Data and Analytics Services Architecture & Governance, you will drive the delivery of architecture governance programs that shape technology direction. You will own the end-to-end operations of the Architecture Review Board, including setting agendas, facilitating sessions, and capturing decisions. Your daily work involves coordinating adherence to technology architecture and design control standards, tracking compliance milestones, and managing OKR commitments across various towers. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate governance planning, risk synthesis, and the creation of RAID logs. Key skills include technical program management, stakeholder management, and analytical reasoning. You will also manage communications programs, such as newsletters and leadership briefings, while championing agile delivery practices and maintaining playbooks to ensure consistent outcomes across the organization.
Develop and execute comprehensive plans for architecture governance programs to ensure on-time delivery of ARB decisions and OKR commitments.
Own end-to-end operations of the CDAS Architecture Review Board, including agenda setting, session facilitation, and action item tracking.
Coordinate adherence to technology architecture and design control standards, including evidence collection and gap remediation.
Drive adoption of common development standards and AI for tech engineering practices across cross-functional teams.
Maintain visibility into CDAS OKR commitments by consolidating progress updates and flagging risks to leadership.
Author and distribute leadership briefings and newsletters that synthesize complex technical decisions into clear communications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound architecture queries, ensuring timely triage and routing of requests.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate governance planning, risk synthesis, and the creation of executive-ready updates.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience running architecture governance, review boards, or technology steering committees including agenda management and stakeholder facilitation.
Experience supporting technology compliance or controls programs, including tracking obligations and coordinating evidence with audit or risk teams.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Prior experience in enterprise architecture, engineering standards, FinOps, or holding PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications (preferred).
