Lead Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Execute comprehensive plans for architecture governance programs to ensure on-time delivery of ARB decisions and OKR commitments.
• Manage end-to-end operations of the Architecture Review Board, including agenda setting, session facilitation, and action item tracking.
• Coordinate adherence to technology architecture standards and design controls while managing evidence collection and audit readiness.
• Drive adoption of common development standards and AI engineering practices across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report on CDAS OKR progress, identifying risks and providing updates to leadership for course correction.
• Analyze governance program performance to implement data-driven improvements in architecture review and compliance processes.
• Author technical newsletters and executive briefings to communicate complex decisions and program statuses to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging and routing inbound architecture queries from peer towers.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience running architecture governance, review boards, or technology steering committees including agenda management and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience supporting technology compliance or controls programs, including tracking obligations and coordinating evidence for audit readiness.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior technology leaders.
• Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, AI adoption programs, FinOps, leadership communications, or holding PMP/PgMP/SAFe certifications (preferred).
