What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for technology solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Use data-driven analysis to assess program performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster a culture of innovation.
Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies by liaising with legal and compliance teams.
Manage relationships and communications with vendors and external parties to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Coordinate with middle and back office teams to integrate deliverables with operational processes like settlement and reconciliation.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into tasks.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
Excellent communication skills to update stakeholders and foster a collaborative team environment.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Computer Science or similar.
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with cloud technologies or DevOps practices.
